New, modern, and located right in front of a new walking passage. Highly recommended. Shimokitazawa is one of the coolest areas in Tokyo with cheap izakayas, vintage stores, etc. 2 min from the Higashi Kitazawa staion and 5 minutes from Shimokitazawa station with just 15 min to both Shinjuku and to Shibuya Great"
