"Staff was very friendly and helpful in every department I dealt with - front desk, bar, restaurant. The breakfast is top notch. The view of the beach and outdoor areas are absolutely spectacular! Building shows some wear and tear but still beautiful. Would come back over and over."

"Room basic but very clean, had TV hair drier towels & balcony (no tea/coffee etc but I only paid for very basic room and was aware of this when booking). Air con/heating system was spot on. Lovely balcony overlooking pool. About a 10-15 min walk from main town centre but as a solo traveller for a few days away the location was perfect. There is an also a bus stop around the corner that goes to town to save walking. Huge supermarket a few mins walk away and small shops closer. Pool area was lovely, bar closed as still out of season but pool / sunbed area open and very clean. Busses nearby to airport, I got uber as arrived very late at night which was around £16 for 10 min journey , it was cheaper earlier but think it’s dynamic pricing on flight arrivals, however I didn’t mind paying as was solo traveller. There is a vending machine in reception with snacks drinks water etc. small downside is any noise from next door was quite loud but it was only an issue in the evening and not whilst trying to sleep . Would 100% stay here again for a short break"

"Upon arrival, our rooms floor was still wet and the fusty smelling. The sockets beside the bed did not work and we later found out that our rooms hot water didn't work. When we complained about the hot water issue, a service personal was sent while we went to eat. Upon our return still no hot water and we're told to just 'wait' a few minutes. We did this still no hot water. Location is very noisy at all day, the only positive is you can eat 8:30-1:30 free brunch"

"Das Zimmer war schon bisschen abgerockt. Nicht richtig sauber, teilweise Dinge schon sehr abgenutzt, Tür hat geklemmt. Mitarbeiter teilweise sehr nett und hilfsbereit, teilweise kaum englisch und keinen Servicegedanken. (Bestellung falsch verstanden, falsche Drinks geliefert, Essensbestellung nach langer Wartezeit erst hinterfragt.) Gym? Es sollte Arobic Raum heißen… Nur limitierte und schlechte Ausstattung. Auswahl und frische beim Frühstück so lala.. Staff kommt mit Bestellungen, sauber machen und auffüllen kaum hinterher. Brotmesser extrem dreckig und Toaster nur halb funktional."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Spain. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—there was a great variety of fresh, delicious options each morning, which set us up perfectly for the day. While the hotel itself met our expectations in terms of comfort and service, the surrounding area was not quite what we had hoped for. As more mature travelers, we tend to prefer a quieter, more upscale location, and this neighborhood felt a bit less refined than we would typically choose. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with an excellent breakfast, this hotel is a solid option. Just keep in mind the location may be better suited to those seeking a livelier, more casual setting."
