I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.
Our room on the second floor was perfect! We had a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the space was just what we needed. The AC has a max temperature I believe, we weren’t able to adjust it lower than 24/25 degrees so we kept the balcony door open at night to cool us down a bit more. Bathroom was spacious, fresh towels every day however the sheets were only changed about once if they were changed. We loved our time at this hotel! It’s beautiful with comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and safe location. The staff was very helpful. They let us check in early and helped arrange taxis for us. The pool was nice. They have storage for your bags before check in / after check out. It’s a little ways from the main attractions in Palma which is nice because it’s quiet. We would stay here again!
