"El único inconveniente es que el personal de limpieza nos abrió en varias ocasiones nuestra habitación. Nos sentimos mal cuando lo hicieron. Le hace falta más atención en las piscinas. Más variedad en la comida. Las instalaciones están muy bien. El personal es muy amable y servicial al llegar y salir."

"This was the best resort experience I’ve had thus far even better than sandals which is twice the price. Every employee was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcomed. The food is hands down the best food I’ve had at any vacation establishment whether it be a resort or cruise.Of course nothing is perfect so I won’t act like it is but the only thing I can negatively say about this property is the hassle of dealing with the staff trying to sell excursions and activities during check in which is annoying when you haven’t even gotten settled in yet so for that I will grade this property a 9.5 out of 10 you will love it here."

"Excellent location; the bed is so comfortable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious, freshly made, with plenty of options. There is free parking and easy access from your car to the lift up to reception and the rooms. There are superstores nearby with food halls and a Starbucks. The beach is across the road, a 5-minute walk."
