"everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) "

"Walk out of our bungalow (#15) straight onto the beach, bungalow was updated, fresh, staff were lovely. Caravans, camping and nice Bungalows. 100m walk to Ellis Beach pub which has amazing food (check opening hours in off tourist season, 6pm close some weekdays), but amazing lunches, brekkys and dinners on the weekend. "

"This hotel has just been taken over by new owners the staff were saying, so are putting a lot of money into it to get it up to 4 star. The staff were so helpful, my room was great ,and with the improvements it'll only get better. What a location too, loved we were looking out over the ocean, and an easy walk into town. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back."

"It was neat and tidy. Good place for kids we had a large amount of kids there is a park for the little ones and a fun pirate pool for the big ones also a baby pool. Excellent place to stay!"

"Perfect for what we needed for our two nights in Cairns. Great location for restaurants, reef tours, swimming and Cairns Koalas! The air con was great after warm days out and about too. Staff super friendly and helpful on arrival :) "

"The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. From the check in (I believe her name was Anne) where we were treated with such kindness to the check out, when we thought we had until 11 (oops) and they so very kindly gave us a courtesy call at 10:30 to see if we were ready, and everything in between. We were given such great info about the area and they even saved us a $50 Uber ride to Trinity Beach by letting us know about the city bus that runs out there. Such great hospitality from...
