"Hotel was clean, well-appointed and situated perfectly for our activities, which included a lot of meandering and checking out highly-rated restaurants (we did not eat at the hotel restaurant, so can’t speak to its quality). The staff were pleasant and helpful. We arrived early and were able to store our bags for a few hours before our room was ready (we relaxed by the pool - very quiet in the early morning - while waiting for our room), and they held our bags after checkout while we did a day trip to Montserrat. Overall solid hotel; would stay again."

"The location was great. It was close to lots of restaurants and transportation and we felt very safe walking around at midnight. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and very helpful with directions and advising us on how to stay safe."

"I absolutely loved the Lobby hotel. I had a junior suite and it was stunning. Two rooms, one with a bed and the other with a large claw foot tub, a sofa, large shower and sink area. Lots of storage and clothes hanging space. Beautiful decor. Fantastic views of the street below. The breakfast is amazing. Plenty of self serve items (fresh juices, pastries, yogurt etc) as well as to-order eggs, pancakes and so forth. The rooftop bar is lovely (and gets very busy!). The front desk secured us a reserved table for pre-dinner drinks and it was a great time. And the hotel staff is genuinely helpful. On our last day we were taking a train to Madrid and had no time for breakfast. They prepared us a to-go breakfast of sandwiches, pastries, juice, and fresh coffee for our trip. I’ve traveled quite a bit and this is one of my favorite hotels in many years."

"Disappointed the bath tap was loose and the toilet didn't flush properly. Only one Jacuzzi working and the terrace bar was closed so you had to phone down to the main bar. Reception staff were ok, but had to ask twice for an ironing board and iron. The positives are the lovely exterior and size of the room. The location is fantastic for getting around, with a 10 minute walk to the train station/ metro from the airport, and TMB buses stopping a few metres ftom the hotel. Really enjoyed or time in the amazing City of Barcelona, just a shame a 4* hotel felt more like a good 2*."

"I had a wonderful stay at Guitart Grand Passage! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was well organized. I especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and the overall quality of the stay. A great choice for anyone visiting Barcelona. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended. ❤️"
