"This is a good hotel for a day or two stopover in Singapore. The room is nothing fancy, a bit small but adequate and had everything we needed. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The location was great. 20 minutes by cab from the airport and dozens of shops and restaurants right outside the door. We will stay again."

We really enjoyed this location as it is central for toying around the city. The train station is very close and there's even someone in there to answer questions and help you with tickets."

"Scrupulously clean throughout the whole hotel, and of course the room. We only stayed the one night and sampled only one restaurant, however the choice is enormous. We had breakfast at the Horizon lounge, so much choice and well worth the upgrade. Everything fresh, nothing too much trouble for the extremely polite and helpful staff. Only very slight downside is the hotel's position within Singapore, slightly out of the centre. However it is almost a resort on it's own site, with lots to do. Many...

"Considering that other hotels of this price range are generally capsule hotels 81 hotels are probably the best hotels in Singapore. The area is slightly shady but if you compare it to SEA on avarage I would rather call it "lively". While the city center feels "autistic". Theres also an umbrella service if it rains."
