"Love the staff very friendly "

"I came here for one night it did it justice, but the only complain I have was that our refrigerator did not work literally was broken. I made sure it was plugged I also checked if there was like a switch button to turn on nothing which sucked because we had a few drinks that we wanted to keep cold, but we were just so exhausted from driving and had to wake up super early to catch our flight so we didn't even bother changing rooms. That was my only complaint."

"Convenient location good food "

"We had a late check-in, and the girl was not friendly or helpful. It was a scary area and just a food truck to eat outside the door which was not good. There were no cups, glasses or nothing in the room. We were finally given our free bottle of wine which we asked for anything but chardonnay and that's what we got. Again, no cups or glass in the room at all. They charged us 100 deposit and no refund. The room was basic and the beds were terrible. The room is dark and gloomy. The bathroom very basic and very old. However, the morning guy was amazing, and the breakfast was a welcome surprise. my suggestion is to stick to the names you know in San Juan and not try to go outside the box."

"Update furniture outside near the pool. Chairs were a little dirty"

"The walls were paper thin, and the communication was nonexistent. We were given only 2 towels for a 4 night stay. I messaged the host on here (where they had messaged me previously) asking if we could have any more, and did not receive any indication in any direction. We did not get any towels. Besides that, you do get what you pay for. It was clean enough, but small. Most of the room was the bed, but there was still a decent-sized bathroom. We did hear almost everything happening in the surrounding rooms. They did have a sign in our room suggesting "quiet hours" in the evening that clearly not every guest followed."

"Only downside was the construction on the building next door. I could hear people talking outside my window early in the morning. Open the curtain to find that my window was next to the loading dock for that jobsite. Very awkward. Had to keep my curtains shut the entire time"

"The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. No car needed. walking distance to restaurants bars and shopping. It was great!"
