El apartamento está genial,solo le pondria dos pequeños inconvenientes, el primero es que se ve que es totalmente nuevo, debieron de terminar hace poco la reforma y le faltaba un poco de limpieza...y el segundo es que los stores dejan pasar mucha luz y aun encima hay una bombilla justo delante de la ventana que está encendida toda la noche. Todo lo demás genial..Repetiremos.

Apartment was clean and close to the beach and the strip with restaurants and other amenities definitely was the perfect location cabs to anywhere were cheap as well definitely would book again

The property was in close proximity to beaches, the flexible check in process made it ideal for my late flight, and communication with the host was wonderful. Definitely loved having my own apartment and would highly recommend this over some of the surrounding hotels in the area. Can’t wait to go back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt right at home. It was a 2 min walk to the beach and close to all the great things of Condado Beach: great restaurants and shops. It was a few mins walk from a well supplied grocery store. IThe apartments sit right above a great Mexican restaurant and ice cream shop, perfect for quick bites and casual dining. I enjoyed the contactless check- in and there was easy communication via email and phone call. The space was very clean and spacious. And the balcony was an added bonus. I will be staying here again in the future.

My son and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was very spacious, with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The location on Ashford in the heart of Condado was perfect, with La Hacienda directly across the street and Eros Market below us. A minor restocking issue was resolved very quickly by the management company, who kept in contact with us throughout the visit. The space was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book this property again!

Pros: Great location, pretty clean, very spacious, great price especially for last minute booking Cons: WiFi was out so no tv during our stay, faulty balcony door, and the photos for my unit included a patio with both bedroom and living room access, but I just had a normal one. 8/10!

Great location at Condado with a lot of good restaurants around. The apartment was clean although bathroom tiles need improvement. I like a lot the kitchen it has almost everithing needed to cook. If I can I will return.

July 5-July 12. Two travelers. Ideal location on Ashford Ave right above the gelato shop. Beach access was easy. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. No need to have a car. Clean with plenty of room for two people. Filtered water and ice in the refrigerator and consistent water pressure and hot water. Key codes, lights, locks, worked fine. WiFi was down the entire time, so no streaming on TV and no internet access without cellular. Management answered the phone when we called and confirmed that they were aware of the outage.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The place was very clean, modern, and well maintained, which made it comfortable for our entire family. The space felt welcoming and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was also wonderful. The neighbors were friendly, and the location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. It made getting around easy and allowed us to really enjoy the area without needing to travel far. Overall, it was a great experience for my family. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lights on n the kitchen didn’t work. There was literally poop on the walls in the master bathroom. We used shoes in the shower bc they didn’t look clean. Communication with the owner was spotty. Overall I would not book again.

The patio door harness was broken, the hand towel holder was loose, the kitchen cabinet above the sink was damaged. No elevator access to second floor, inaccurate description.

Booked from Saturday - Monday and there was zero water. Couldn’t shower, couldn’t use the bathroom, couldn’t cook / clean. Tried reaching out to the host several times without any response (just repeated message). There was a water shortage in some areas of Puerto Rico but that was communicated to us the night before flying out. Never tried to compensate for the lack of water. Had to book another hotel just to shower and use the bathroom. Also it was listed that there would be a blow dryer in the room so I didn’t bring mine but there wasn’t.
