"The hostel is a busy spot. We had a private room. It was clean and comfortable. There were scuffs on the walls from heavy use. I suspect that they are full every night. Staff and guests are very friendly and helpful. We slept very well. There was a heatwave and we were still comfortable without AC "

"Modern hotel with a nice lounge area. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Only negatives are that it's next to a railway and it's slightly out of the main areas of Berlin. However, it's only a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station and Berlin has a great transportation system. Staff were helpful, however it would be nice to have someone behind the bar to get a drink. It seemed like they were short staffed at times."

"Our first time staying in a hotel where both check in was remote and access was via a digital key sent to your smartphone. In fairness all worked well but we found the process too impersonal. The room itself was compact but was just about OK for a 2 night stay. Though some reviews have mentioned noise issues from other rooms, we were perhaps fortunate to find it quiet both nights. A good location for rail travellers like us, just opposite the Berlin HBF. On a matter of personal taste the muted...
