"The property is located in a beautiful part of Boston. It was very clean and we had all the amenities we required. The staff looked after us very well. We were travelling from Scotland to Boston to participate in the Boston Marathon and the property was perfectly located. We had 6 wonderful days in this property and I will definitely book it again the next time we return. "

"The hotel is very comfy and spacious. Also decent parking for downtown Boston. Not a lot of amenities, but there’s a lot around you so it doesn’t really matter. There are the green & orange line T stops very close to you and you have the Prudential center very close."

"There were bags of garbage outside our window. Disappointed there was no high tea served while touting high tea in a book for sale at the front desk. No mini bar in the room. Requires room service."

"We’ve stayed here many times over the past four years. Typically exceptional service but you will get some spotty situations here and there. The rooms are just about in need of updating, especially the bathrooms. You can’t always get room service either. They don’t answer the phone. And we had an issue with a clogged tub and nobody ever came. But they did change our rooms to make it right. Norman the doorman is the absolute best. Take care of him!"
