"We felt lucky to stay at the Oaks. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the location on the tramline was perfect for walking and using transit to see the city and travel to the airport. Very good / interesting, casual and reasonably price restaurants in the Luna area of St Kilda. We stayed twice and were very happy. The second stay was in a somewhat tiny room but with some manouvering was workkable. We recommend it."

"Great value , clean and quiet , TV and wifi in the room were both excellent very good air con and spacious room , tram line into the city is a 5 min walk , breakfast probably not worth 35 dollars but if included in the rate then good value. would stay again and i live in Melbourne "

"The studio room was very clean. The kitchenette was perfect for my 5 night stay. The property was well located between the Southern Cross and Flinders train stations. The free tram to the Australian Open was just a 2 minute walk. "
