"The hotel is located just outside the center, so everything can be reached by foot. It has a nice garden with small pool. At night it's very quiet. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only criticism is the rather old and very noisy AX. "

"The location of the Pousada is very good. You can walk from the Pousada to the main points of Gramado . The staff are polite. Breakfast is ok, but the area is very small with only 4 tables. The bedroom I was in was under the first floor which I didn't know about and did not like it. The last day of our stay there was no water and we were not able to take a shower or brush our teeth. The receptionist told us it was a problem in the city, but I spoke to other people that were in another...
