SUGGESTION: Since Lima is not a place where people can drink tap water, it is necessary that the hotel provides mineral water on a daily bases not only the first day. Requesting it every night is not comfortable specially when arriving after the restaurant is closed. Since there is a little refrigerator in the room, bottles could be kept there and charged to the room.
Absolutely love my stay. Super clean. Everyone was so accommodating. The location was wonderful cause its right in the middle of the financial district. Many stores near by. I didn't pack enough close and was able to walk next door to Zara. Only thing I wish is if they have more available spa treatments. Tip: book all your spa treatments in advance. The price is really reasonable which is why everything was fully booked.
This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. Staff was very helpful. They were very communicative when we informed them about us checking in late at night. They held our luggage for several hours after we had checked out.
The food was excellent and the staff was pleasent and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Amenities like the pool were nice and the room was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.
Stayed two nights in November 2015. Space around the king-size bed was modest, nice bathroom, everything worked well. WiFi was nice to have. There is an elevator. Breakfast on the 8th floor was good and offered considerable variety.
Most impressive was how helpful the front desk staff was. Everyone there had very good English, and they were always quick with answers, map, assistance getting taxis, etc.

This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. My time in casa andina was wonderful from the front desk i dint remember all the staff names but i remember Rosemary if im not wrong very welcoming to us and everyone i saw around. Excellent location! We were in walking distance of so many places we wanted to explore, so many great restaraunts and were able to easily catch an uber or taxi to any place too far to walk. The hotel also helped us to arrange a shuttle from the airport as we had a really late arrival.
