" Clean room ans attentive staff"

"We had a great stay at the Novotel Toronto Center. .the room was large and the bed was comfortable. My husband used the gym and was hsppy with the amenities. The hotel was a good location. Everything was walking distance or close to transportation. We liked that it was close to Union station. We had breakfast in the restaurant the food was good, and enjoyed the 20 percent off. The happy hour prices were good and.the staff were very freindly and helpful. "

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; the front desk team went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival, and the housekeeping crew kept everything pristine. The amenities were a huge highlight too—the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long flight, and the on-site Moxies restaurant served delicious meals without me having to leave the hotel. Plus, the free airport shuttle was quick and reliable, making travel stress-free.
