"What a wonderful place to stay, so eclectic and the location can't be beat! The staff was kind, courteous, and went out of their way to assist. I especially enjoyed talking with Melba, who tending to my room. She was so fun and engaging! She made my stay that much better.
The room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shampoo etc.. products were fine.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

"The hotel is dated and needs help. But the bed was comfortable and the staff were awesome. Great location and easy access to the subway. So what the hotel lacks the staff and location make up for it but it still needs a facelift. "
