"The staff was very helpful during a hotel system outage. They were very patient and efficient. I think the rooms could use a little bit of updating, but besides that everything was clean and comfy. Maintenance helped us fix a charger problem very fast."

"I highly recommend staying here when visiting Dallas. The hotel theme and decor are lovely, the staff and restaurant workers were very helpful and hospitable and the pool view was nice even though I didn't swim in it due to the chilly weather but the pool is heated. The room I had was nice and I had the perfect night view of the Reunion tower. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Dallas. "

"The staff at the check in desk was quick and very professional. There was an alarm sounding and he was dealing with other staff and customers in a very expedient manner. I stay at Embassy because their breakfast is usually good but the tables were not wiped down and food was not replenished so most items were missing. My room door gets stuck and difficult to open. "

"I paid for the Gold Experience however, nothing about the experience was Golden. It is much different at other Fairmont properties. "

"I booked a room with 2 beds quite sometime in advance but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that there were only single king rooms available. We had originally booked for there to be3 people on the trip but luckily for us, only 2 of us ended up making the trip. Had all 3 of us traveled then we would not have been able to make this work"
