"This property is on the 4 th floor of a very old well kept building in the middle of Boston. No elevator. ( this information was given AFTER we had made the nonrefundable reservation) The surrounding area was ok and location was a 10 minute walk to/from the subway. The apartment was very nice and clean but limited in the very small kitchen. Newly remodeled. "Really cool space right on Mass Ave! We were in the fourth floor Studio which was clean and had all the amenities other small apartment. The memory foam bed was comfortable! Host communication was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!"
