"Clean and quiet hotel. Very nice room with a huge bed, lounge chairs, a kettle, and a good, clean bathroom. The room was refreshed every day. They have a lift to take you from floor to floor, and the breakfast had an excellent and different choice each day. I highly recommend the Wyne Hotel."

My only inconvenience was unrelated to the hotel, but apparently there’s a venue near by with hugely loud speakers which started music at 4am and it didn't stop probable after 9am. "Easily the worst "hotel" during our 1-month stay in Myanmar and Thailand. DIRT, everything so used, toilet just disgusting. Nice staff, but completely lost, no english speaking. We all (2+2) woke in the middle of the night needing to leave the place immediately. It was also one of the most expensive places. My advice: better to avoid this place! Ordering a meal here was also a terrible mistake. Only laundry was OK."

The property is very nice but it is the staff that makes it so special. From the moment you walk through the front door you are pampered and made to feel special. Definitely opt for the Club Floor. The afternoon tea and evening snack/ dinner in the club lounge is great and included in the price.
What an amazing place! The Governor's Mansion is a beautifully landscaped, well-maintained boutique hotel with so much history and charm. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and bright. The staff are all very professional, kind and helpful. If you want a relaxing and pampered place, the Governor's Mansion is a good choice.
I have had the opportunity to visit the Melia Hotel in Yangon on various occasions over the years. I consider it my second home, where I always feel clean, safe, and conveniently located within walking distance of Myanmar Plaza, where you can find quick dining and shopping options.

Location is excellent compare to other hotels in Yangon. The distance from airport is not far. It's good to have an early morning walk on lake bank across the road, but be careful of the cars when crossing the road in Yangon. The breakfast is excellent, much better than Mandalay Sedona. Also the surrounding area is much better than other big hotels in Yangon.

Beautiful Hotel with three amazing restaurants with delectible and savory food. Lounge with great beverages and excellent food with friendly and prompt staff who anticipate your needs.
