Beyond the welcoming and informed staff, the comfortable room, and the delicious food, we truly enjoyed the impressive art. Loved the music theme and had a great time trying to guess the various artists.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine. Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff
The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.
This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Room was very well appointed, comfortable beds. Location was so central yet felt like a quiet Sunday which is remarkable considering the throngs of tourists a few blocks over. 5 star boutique vibes at a very reasonable rate. We got a suite with a very cheap price for two nights. The Breakfast was really great and the room was very comfy.
Nothing to complain about.
Just one small thing, the last day there was a bad smell because they had a problem with the sewage system but we left early and were not affected.

This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate.
The concierge is knowledgeable and the best part is that everything for the most part is with in walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the food is first rate.

This was a nice hotel with decent size rooms. Staff were nice and friendly. They daily breakfast buffet was also nice. The only thing I didn NOT like about this hotel was the fact that there is a casino attached to the main entrance of the hotel. The smell of cigarettes is pretty obvious and annoying. It even smells like cigarettes inside the hotel's elevator that is on the same side as the casino.
An absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. From location, to staff, bedroom (we received an upgrade to one of the apartments) and breakfast, including everything else in between, simply fantastic!! We’ll be back for sure!
Had an "attic loft deluxe double room" which was very spacious, ample and well designed cabinets and all expected amenities.
Excellent breakfast buffet with great service.
