The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat!

This was carefully curated and better than most 5 star hotels could do. If we ever had to stay somewhere else because they were booked we would still go there for the breakfast. It had that home cooked vibe for sure.

Clean and spacious apartment with a great open view of the city. Good internet in the living area, but not that great in the bedroom. Good shower with unlimited hot water. Good bright lights. TV could be bigger with better channels. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
The head doorman Hovhannes was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. Also the lady at the reception desk, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was great and demonstrated excellent hospitality.
