"Respected our privacy, cleaned the room when we needed it to, breakfast was great and the workers were great to with big smiles. It was just great hospitality! "
"For that Price it as an OK/Good hotel. However, not the cleanest I would say, also isolation was a bit bad, noises from the corridor and etc we were clearly hearing. "
"Lobby staff was friendly but room condition was bad. Dirty floors, bathrooms needed more cleaning, two calls required to get extra towels that we asked for. "

Smiling receptionists, convenient room, excellent location, fast room service, delicious breakfast, fast check in and professional staffs/Receptionists.
Not the best location if you want to be close to sightseeing and you can't do much walking around the hotel unless you want to go to a shopping mall. However, taxis are everywhere. The hotel offers a shuttle to the beach and the souq once a day.
I was surprised with the clean and pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. this is my first trip to this hotel but it will not be my last. the hotel location was very convenient to two malls and close to my business meeting location. free parking is provided.
The pool area is fantastic. The breakfast was excellent. The room was excellent and the free Nescafe expresso machine and capsules was tops. The area is good and the Diwan Turkish restaurant a short walk away served the best meal we had in Muscat.
The only criticism is the lounge. Poorly decorated, lousy canapes. A small selection of alcohol from 6 to 8 PM and pretty lousy service. Needs work.
I went to escape Dubai for a couple days and really enjoyed the resort. I love the open spaces and the greenery everywhere. Having 3 pools and a beach to choose from is excellent.
Mini bar items are included. This is a nice touch I'm seeing more often in luxury hotels. It's nice to have a coke or beer without worrying you'll have to sell a kidney.
Included breakfast was a nice touch. The Restaurant is very good.
A very good hostel with a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. For me, it’s even better than a five-star hotel if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.
The owner is a kind, well-educated person and also a writer. I truly enjoyed our conversations, which made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality.
My husband and I were amazed by the breakfast included in our reasonable nightly room charge. The bountiful array of freshly prepared foods offered buffet style included a half-dozen foods of Thai origin, a half-dozen foods of Middle Eastern origin, and a half-dozen foods familiar to Americans or Western Europeans. Some of these changed day to day. We could choose among maybe 10 types of fresh breads and rolls, plus many types of cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables. Various juices, teas and...
