I like the silence at night, which allows you to rest and sleep pleasantly. The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous.
Perhaps the only drawback is that it does not have a dining room service. Many times, one does not want to leave the hotel and wants to eat something right there.

This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I didn’t enjoy my stay there and am thrilled I booked the Pullman instead on my return. The hotel is smaller but the staff, guest rooms, service and amenities are all beyond what I expected. Excellent location! We were in walking distance of so many places we wanted to explore, so many great restaraunts and were able to easily catch an uber or taxi to any place too far to walk. The hotel also helped us to arrange a shuttle from the airport as we had a really late arrival.

We spent ten days in this excellent hotel. Everything was great. The room with comfortable beds and a HD TV with a very good selection of directv channels, the location, the free breakfast, the computer center (with 5 pcs and a printer 24-7), the gym, the security of the building, etc. I really love it. The best part was the employees. I felt like I was at home with my friends. Surely, I will be back next time I visit Lima.
