"What stood out? All the above! Our flight was delayed 5 hours but check in in the wee hours of the morning was still fast, simple, and courteous. Location is phenomenal -pickup baggage and walk right across the street. We wanted our drive to Banff to be in the daylight so we could see the beautiful scenery. "

"Front deck staff are great. Checkin was quick. Room was very clean and spacious. Big walk in shower with large bathroom. Bed and pillows were good. Good a/c. Breakfast was pretty good and is included. I didn’t use the pool & hot tub but other families were enjoying them. I would recommend."
