Nice clean hotel w a lot of varieties for breakfast, will return one day.

I have traveled to 50+ country's and have never had a better hotel experience. They have a complimentary airport pick up which was nice, since after 30 hrs of travel time I did not have to deal with public transportation or a taxi. The driver was there after collecting my bags at 12:30am. On arrival to the hotel they delivered my bags to my room while I registered. They also provide a welcome drink. This hotel was beautifully unique. We walked into a lobby that was filled with an intoxicating aroma and were greeted with a chrysanthemum cordial. Later, someone stopped by our room to bring bedtime and morning elixirs. The room felt like it was out of a spy movie and there were lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff even prepped a to-go breakfast for us because we had to leave early for our flight the next morning.

My wife and two daughters and I stayed at the hotel for four nights and truly enjoyed Singapore. Adhraf, concierge, gave us excellent suggestions for our four day stay from eating places, sites to see etc. On the business side of the hotel, Raymond was excellent and also helped us with restaurants etc. There are two of them certainly added to a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in Chinatown and is less than 5 mins walking distance to dozens of restaurant including several Michelin rated restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and you’ll be greeted with smile every time you enter the hotel. My only “complaint” is the pool chairs is very limited (probably can fit 15-20 max).

Stunning views from club level. Beautiful, well appointed room. The arrival drink and pre-dinner aperitif were nice touches. Fantastic location sandwiched between picturesque Chinatown and the business district. Would definitely stay here again and feel that paying extra for the club level room was well worth it.

Great stay. Convenient area to get to all of the different tourist attractions and areas. Walkable.

The property was in such a great location, very near to anything you’d want to do in Singapore- 15 mins to little India, downtown/marina bay, airport, etc and walking distance to Maxwell Food Center. The staff was lovely and even got me in early after I arrived at 5 am. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the free coffee machine and water on tap.

My nephew lived in Singapore for 4 years and recommended the Orchid Hotel. I have stayed there 3 times and never been disappointed. The price is very good, the location is about 1/2 block from the clean, inexpensive & safe subway (MRT), and you are walking distance to Chinatown and numerous places to eat.
