"Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5."

"The room was clean, quite, and very comfortable. The wifi worked great, and the rain shower was very relaxing. The breakfast had tasty choices which were all good. The coffee was brewed fresh with several options according to your preference.
We liked it so much that we cancelled our upcoming stay at another hotel and rebooked those 3 nights at iThaphae."
