The rooms lacked windows and had terrible air circulation. There was a fan that was very dusty and loud and so you could not leave it on. The sheets and towels are also very cheap. "Amazing staff, beautifully decorated hotel with loads of local art. Breakfast was voluminous and reflected local traditions and offered many options. It was great to be able to sit outside on a verdant patio in the shade with a breeze. Pool was beautiful. A/C room controllable. The only thing that was not perfect was the clear evidence of mildew/mold on the edges of the shower and shower nozzles. It's very easy to clean with vinegar in my experience. The rooms were spacious and property itself was well preserved and perfectly styled. The location was perfect in the heart of the old town, and walkable to most places and an easy uber down to the beach. We’d recommend this hotel as a base to explore Salvador! "
