"On arrival questions about who Expedia.ca was. Booked superior nonsmoking room, twin beds. Taken to gritty room with dbl bed, multiple cig. Burns on bathtub rim. Changed to rm w. twin beds, fewer cig burns. Bathroom grimy, lack of maintenance everywhere. 24 hour/day very loud traffic noise. Not a 4-star hotel as advertised!!! Far too pricey for value."

"This hotel was recommended by a local friend. Just book a one night stay. After arriving at the hotel and finishing the check-in procedure then go upstairs and enter the room. After a few minutes the staff hadn't brought the luggage into the room so I made a phone call and then brought the suitcase in. At night that I found that the suitcase had been pried open and the password was changed. Amazing! (I changed to this hotel from another hotel and the luggage did not touch by anyone). "Two words . BLACK MOLD. After my first night my chest was hurting and i couldn't understand why. The second night it felt like i was coming down with something and i started coughing up green phlegm. I was out all day and wheni came back to the room i was in pain again.
