"We had an excellent stay at the hotel and would happily and highly recommend it to others. All of the staff were very kind, welcoming, and accommodating, including the hotel reception team, who were especially helpful and professional.
Malak and Magdy provided exceptional service and worked extremely well as a team. They were always willing to help, frequently checked in on us, and promptly brought anything we requested.
The pool was clean and well-maintained with a friendly and attentive pool attendant. The waiters were hardworking, housekeeping was excellent and accommodating, and the bartenders were very kind. Everything about our stay was excellent, including the cleanliness, comfort, food, and overall atmosphere of the hotel."
