Also has a mall close by which is a 2 min walk from the lobby, via an undercover footbridge (with a small amount of steps). Room size was good and very clean. We stayed with a toddler and they provided a cot."

"Overall great stay We stayed 4 nights at the Fairmont after our cruise to Bali, Malaysia and Thailand. The location is fantastic, the MRT was very close and the famous Singapore Sling at Raffles Hotel was right across the street. Our room was very good, very large and comfortable. The pillows were a little too firm for my liking, but after walking around all day, sleep came pretty easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My only complaint was with the Ante dote bar. We went to have a drink on our last night and my husband was wearing walking sandals. We were told there was a dress code and he needed to wear enclosed shoes. I was wearing flip flops and those were ok so I'm a bit offended at this. Why is it that women can wear sandals but not men? Other than that, everything else was wonderful"
