I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, but I noticed that the customer service could use a little improvement. It seemed like the receptionist wasn't really engaged or enthusiastic about their job. Also, I was surprised to find extra charges for alcohol that I wasn’t made aware of, and I did not order because I don't drink alcohol.
I called them, they told me it was a mistake, and they will refund the money, but nothing has happened so far.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope my feedback helps!
