Poor service:
I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022)
When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about to check-in. This manager finally let him use the bathroom inside.
The poor service continued. Soon after check-in, the hot water was not working when my father was about to shower. He saw the manager/owner standing at the front desk speaking with a friend, and asked him for help. Abhishak looked at my father and intentionally turned around and ignored him, and went back to sociallizing with his friend. My father called him again for assistance 2 more times before he finally assisted.
My father was charged for using a plate & spoon, and MANY other superficial/surprising charges.
This owner/manager received his payment form Orbitz, and felt he could now mistreat my father as he pleased and overcharge him.
