Check-in was a nightmare. The apartment was simply that. Special instructions had no phone number, so we couldn't contact proprietors. We spent more than an hour on the phone w/ a Travelocity rep in the Philippines while standing on the sidewalk in spitting rain. I finally pried a phone number from the rep, which my wife called. We finally got buzzed in remotely and there was a key card on the kitchen table. The apartment has potential, but it's drab and poorly maintained. The shower was not properly and there was dirt under the bed (I took pictures of both). There was grime on the light switches. We were left less than 1/3 roll of toilet paper. Perhaps at one time this apartment was a good choice. No so in May 2024.
