A great little hotel in the city well situated from shops, etc. local cafes around for breakfast. Full of character.

Hotel is pretty clean and easy to find. There’s a bar right at the ground floor, you can chill there and go back to your room to have a good rest. however, sometimes the music can disturb your sleep in the night. Hotel offers earplugs so you don’t have to worry too much.

I always enjoy a comfortable stay here. The location, just a few minutes' walk from Perth Station, is extremely convenient. The ground floor houses a lively bar, while the second floor serves as a hotel—classic in style, yet beautifully renovated. The amenities are excellent; complimentary water is provided, and there is a convenience store right across the street. Please note that there are only stairs (no elevator) and, while the area is safe, there are no in-room safes, so you will need to manage your own valuables.

Great location. Room itself was good. Room was next to stairs noisy from people going up and down who where staying there, and noisy from the moving stuff around in restaurant (kegs) Didn't hear the noise of the busy pub on Saturday night due to where room located. Would stay again if room is 1-3

The room was spacious and had a fridge, kettle, tea/coffee and bottled water. There was a fridge in a communal area with free bottled water. The staff were very helpful when the keycards stopped working. You also get 10% discount on food downstairs in the bar. Very noisy though and even with earplugs in I could hear the music. It went on til 11pm some nights - which wasn't ideal when we had early starts for day trips, and started at 7am some mornings.
