The room has nothing to do with the photo in the ad. I chose the deluxe room and there is nothing deluxe. Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again.

No quarto que ficamos durante a tarde e pela manhã erra um barulho de móveis arrastando acho que da limpeza que mal dava para descansar , tipo domingo às 8 , o banheiro estava com uma vazamento que a água vinha até o quarto , quando reclamamos na recepção a moça fingiu que nem ouviu, já estive diversas vezes neste hotel e o atendimento era bem melhor. Além do estacionamento que não era cobrado e agora é. Achei um descaso ela nem falar nada sobre a reclamação

Péssima experiência! O quarto tinha cortinas que não cobriam nem o sol direito, ou seja, impossível descansar com a claridade logo cedo, banheiro pequeno. Além disso, o estacionamento é cobrado à parte, mesmo não sendo coberto e sem oferecer nenhuma estrutura para proteger o carro. E o pior: não há outra opção para estacionar, já que o hotel fica praticamente em um “buraco” na serra, sem alternativas próximas. Decepcionante do começo ao fim. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Na minha primeira estadia em um hotel da rede Sky, cerca de 8 anos atrás, algo me chamou atenção. Um poster com a foto do principiador deste projeto e um texto contendo todo o seu amor e orgulho pelo mesmo. A partir daí, quis conhecer as outras unidades, plano que foi frustrado após me hospedar no Sky Valle... Segue o motivo: Em uma madrugada gelada do mês de maio, ao chegar no Sky Valle pela primeira vez, fui cordialmente recebida pela cadelinha Sky. Cumprido seu trabalho, retornou aos seus aposentos - o sofá da recepção, carinhosamente adaptada para ser seu lar - deitou a cabeça em seu travesseiro e dormiu com um semblante que só quem é muito amado consegue ter. Tive então a certeza de que meu instinto inicial não havia falhado. Eu estava sim diante de uma empresa diferente , e isso vai além de ser -também- uma empresa diferenciada. Não era somente para com os hóspedes que vocês demonstravam amabilidade, disponibilizando upgrades de quarto sempre que possível, oferecendo passeios de cortesia e outras tantas gentilezas. A presença da Sky ali era a prova viva disso. Mais do que uma rede que oferece instalações confortáveis, serviço impecável e cafés da manhã deliciosos, vocês resgataram valores bem mais raros e preciosos. O café da manhã é bem variado. Os funcionários foram sempre muito cordiais e prestativos. Aceita animais de estimação, porém me fizeram assinar um documento me comprometendo às regras do hotel... Beleza, mas será que o animal tem um comportamento pior do que ser humano????? E quem assinará, o compromisso do bom comportamento do hóspede humano???? Além disso, cobraram uma taxa (extorsão) de limpeza por estar com pet... Se estiver sem o pet, não haverá limpeza no apartamento? Que tipo de sujeira o pet pode fazer em um quarto, além das necessidades (o meu não fez e geralmente não faz no ambiente interno e se fizer, eu mesmo limparei)? Além disso, não existe uma área específica, dentro do salão de refeições para o pet. Então, não podemos dizer que é realmente petfriendly, só porque tem um mascote (uma cadela) solta nas dependências do hotel (o que não me incomodou em nada, mas contraria o compromisso que tive que assinar). Hotel em alguns aspectos está faltando manutenção...
