SO CHARMING!!!
We had an amazing time visiting the Finger Lakes, mostly due to our fabulous stay at the Burdett House. Ashley and David were so warm and welcoming. They have a way of making us feel like both a very special guest and a member of the family at the same time.
There is so much to do in the Finger Lakes that it can be overwhelming. Ashley gave us a lot of wonderful suggestions of what to see and do during our visit and every one of them was fantastic.
The house is so charming and exactly what one pictures when they think of a quaint bed & breakfast in this region. It’s got so much character and when you’re inside the house, you feel as if it is giving you a warm hug. In fact, they should rename it the Burdett HOME.
The breakfasts that Ashley and David cook are incredible. Each morning they offer a different pre-breakfast appetizer and they were so delicious that I had to order smaller breakfast portions because I just couldn’t finish everything. They offer several options for breakfast but be sure not to miss the delicious pancakes!
I just wish I had spent more time with Hudson, their very sweet and adorable dog. There are so many places to stay in this region, but we’d come back to the Burdett House in a heartbeat because we know that we will have another fabulous experience.
