I like this hotel for the lower price in Hongkong, Hongkong is very expensive for staying in hotels, spending US$60 for a small room with no star, but I’m still happy. If you spend $60 you can get a 4 star hotel in Vietnam because It is a different country

I highly recommend staying at Ocean Inn. It is literally outside the Jordan station, the place is quiet and clean, and amenities are comprehensive.

Ocean Inn was great. Would absolutely recommend and I’d totally stay there again if / when I end up back in Hong Kong. However I was solo. This might change if I was with someone. The room is tight for 2 but great for 1. It is newly updated and had MANY plug ins for your electronics and they were the multi-prong type so if you forget your adapter like I did… no worries!!! It was clean and I’m assuming cleaning was provided when you put the little request cleaning sign out. I was there 12 days and put it out twice and each time it was cleaned. There is a tiny shared kitchen and fridge that I mostly didn’t use other than to keep a drink and yoghurt cool until the morning occasionally. The location really can’t be beat. To enter or exit the Jordan MRT station you just cross the side walk. They have AC that I didn’t use and the windows open up. It was nice to get “fresh” / moving air in the room. Closing the windows drown out most of the outside noise. The interior noise… well you will hear your neighbours and the kitchen if they are loud. Wifi was fine for my basic needs. Super easy to get too on at least 2 airport busses. Now… going up the LEFT elevators and seeing some of the stops before checking in on the 11th floor… was a bit sketchy. But I liked my room on the 12th floor. Don’t let the look of the building put you off.
