The staff here were so lovely and so polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay . We were out most of the day but we would come back to a clean bed and towels every day and emptied bin and lots of products . We never had to ask for anything except for an iron and iron table and tget gave it us immediately and it was mini and so easy to use . I would definitely stay at Best Hotel Shinjuku again. It was perfect for our stay in Tokyo . Thank you to all the wonderful staff there who also made us laugh and we were very happy .

It was one was the best hotel experiences I’d say. The staffs were super friendly and polite and beyond helpful. The property itself is very minimal and simple but you can expect highest cleanliness with the facilities in the room. Me and my husband had such great time staying with them. The area is within a Korean community but it is easy to commute to Shinjuku surroundings. With such good price and decent space hotel room we will definitely be returning for our next Tokyo trip!!
