Good value for comfortable stay

Son had a bowling tournament in Checotah, not a lot of hotels in the area. We decided to try Stay Inn. We just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep between sessions. This is a very basic hotel, just what we needed. Beds were comfortable, it was clean and quiet, no frills but that’s what was expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is as advertised. For the price and location I was a good value for us. Will stay again!

First appearance was not bad Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Cleanliness - basically a “0” -come to realize a strip club is <1mile up the street- Stains, hairs, smells on the bed Shower had stains on the shower curtain/ small pieces of hair. Honestly, worst stay ever, left a bit traumatized….

The Ritz it ain't, but that's not what you're paying for. The owners are great and very accommodating. If they can make it happen, they will. The room we were in had a half sized fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine. We were there to play the Dusk Til Dawn Blues Festival, and this was the perfect place to stay.

The overall day was good. I spoke to the owner of the property/manager and let him know that the air conditioner wasn’t working right, but as far as the room being clean, it was TV worked shower was hot to. It worked overall pretty good.

Stay Inn

Check-in went easy but the room wasn’t ready. I had my dog so I had to pay a pet deposit. Came back after 3pm and went to my room. New flooring had been installed and their was a small refrigerator and microwave. Upon closing the door, I could see a large gap between the door and the frame. I had the lift up on the door handle to get the deadbolt to lock. The shower was leaking when used. On my second day, housekeeping did make my bed (which was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on), but housekeeping didnt empty my trash or leave a fresh toliet paper roll.
