The hotel is very rustic. Kind of steep stairs to go up. No bathroom’s in your room..down the hall didn’t really become an issue at all.
Rooms were very clean and the towels were very good. I had a small room and what made it even a smaller was a chimney in the corner so I did not have very much space to put my items at all. Would like to see a little bit more lighting in the room or should I say brighter lighting, there was three lights, but none of them were really bright.
You had a sink in your room, which was nice.
Wi-Fi was hit or miss.. better the second night I stayed.. no TV.
Hallway noise was very obvious, also people next-door to me.
Hiking trails very close by which were nice.
Also, a nice size creek running along the edge of the building.
Across the street was Becky‘s Café, which had very good food… but not a big café.
Parking lot road to get to the back of the building could use some gravel. It rained and there was a lot of mud puddles.
Great location if you want to go to Crater Lake 30 to 35 minute drive.
Overall, a good stay.
