The property is well located, but the lack of interest from its employees in providing good service is evident. They respond more out of obligation than genuine attention. They tried to charge us for “towel cleaning” despite the fact that we did our own laundry and cleaned the room ourselves during our 14-day stay. They attempted to charge us $45 for laundry!!!, claiming they had to wash the towels. But of course, they have to wash them! We washed them ourselves at our own expense in the property’s laundry during our stay, but at the end of the stay, it is the hotel’s obligation to wash sheets and towels.
They never provided us with additional toilet paper or toiletries beyond the initial roll and small containers from the first day, nor did they bother to ask if we needed anything else.
In the laundry room, the machine to buy detergent doesn’t work, and even though there is a sign indicating that if you don’t have change, the reception will provide it, their response was “go to the store and get change.”
Terrible customer service; they urgently need training. It seems like they are just waiting for any opportunity to invent a way to make an additional charge. I do NOT recommend it and would NEVER return. It’s a shame because families who come for business with Microsoft find no reason to choose this place for our next visit to Redmond.
Take note: the “included” internet is very limited, only for one device and only for sending emails. As I mentioned, cleaning is not included
