The property was nice, good location with South Mountain Park trailheads at the property. The condo was clean and comfortable and the cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly and nice. The pools were fun for the family. The downside was the sales team that, before they hand you the keys to your condo, accosts you at check-in with high pressure sales tactics to attend what they say is a 90-minute sales presentation the next morning. They catch you with your guard down (I'm on vacation) and dupe you into talking to the salesman by introducing him as the "concierge." I told them that I did not want to go to the meeting because I was not in the market for time-share and I had limited time to be with family, but they were relentless so I agreed to an early morning meeting. This prompted me to do a little online research about Worldmark and, well, the research speaks for itself -- look up "Worldmark lawsuits." The experience created stress on my holiday weekend. I cancelled the meeting the next morning, but ran into the sales team the next day who treated me with disdain when I told them I didn't go to the meeting. Because of the sales team and Worldmark's M.O. to pressure it's guests this way, I would never stay at a Worldmark again, even though, otherwise, I really liked the property and the other support staff.
