I did not like the shower, water is running outside the shower and I don't think BnB is for me except if I maybe have the whole house. This was my first time in BnB because we have a timeshare. This was a last minute booking. The couple that maybe owns the place was very nice though they even gave us a champagne.

The apartment is extremely dark and the pictures don’t reflect at all the reality. The space is small, it’s like basically being in a basement with a jail cell window. Not even with a view, cause what you can see is only the internal alley of an ancient roman building. AC does not work all the time, keeps going on and off, but being in Rome with 110 F it was quite annoying to wake up at 2am, all sweaty, to turn the system back on. Asked for a second key, never got it. Nobody to talk to on site: we had to call a cell number and wait for the “owner” to show up. Cherry on top of the cake: the toilet was not flushing properly, the jacuzzi was a disappointment and the shower door was leaking. We had to leave and find another place where to stay. Such a terrible place. Only plus: the location - if only they were picking up trash in Rome during July: wherever you walked, you could just smell garbage

No reception at apartments just make sure you let them know your expected arrival time & there will be a staff member to greet you. Was very clean & tidy location is great, staff friendly & welcoming. Would defiantly use this accommodation again, only thing i cant say negative is there are no windows in the room to for outside view but there is air conditioning so room is very cool.

This is not a hotel. This is an apartment with a few different rooms. You must contact the person with your check in time so they can meet you there. We used WhatsApp. The room was very tiny for 2 people and few suitcases. There was barely any water pressure and no hot water for showering. The description said it was a queen bed and it was a full. Would not go back.

Leider war von meinem Zimmer kein Foto zu sehen, somit bin ich davon ausgegangen das ich ein Zimmer habe wie auf den Fotos. Dem war leider nicht so. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Der vorhandenen Schrank war mit Bettdecken vollgepackt und dem Tresor, somit hatte man für die Kleidung keinen Platz und musste aus dem Koffer leben. Auch war am ersten Morgen nur mit kaltem Wasser zu duschen. Dies wurde aber gleichentags behoben. Leider war für die Duschtücher keine Aufhänger vorhanden und man musste sich organisieren bei dem doch sehr kleinen Badezimmer. Mit den Zimmerschlüssel wird etwas unvernünftig umgegangen. Es liegen etliche Schlüssel verteilt herum und für alle Gäste frei zugänglich auch diese zu seinem eigenen Zimmer. Einmal steckte sogar ein Schlüssel von aussen an meiner Türe als ich zurück kam. Dies geht in meinen Augen gar nicht. Es war ok, aber ich werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt sicher ein anderes Hotel buchen.

After booking this hotel I realized they had an early check-in time that I would be unable to make. I called immediately and didn’t get an answer. I tried for a couple hours with no success. I eventually had to book other rooms and was unable to get a refund from this hotel. Very acceptable and disappointed. When you call for help with a reservation there should be someone available at the hotel. Stay away from this hotel.

buona struttura

Non è possibile tacere sul fatto che l'eventuale architetto responsabile della ristrutturazione del b&b sarebbe meritevole di denuncia....lavabo piccolo e poco funzionale, manca luce sulla specchiera, manca portasapone, prese elettriche troppo vicine al rubinetto dell'acqua e considerando che l'acqua nel lavarsi le mani puntualmente fuoriesce riversandosi sul piano del lavabo e dopo un pò cade in terra non è il massimo della sicurezza, la doccia è grande e comoda ma anche li un semplice operaio avrebbe fatto meglio dell'architetto...la colonna doccia è posta troppo all'estremità ed è più alta del box doccia per cui l'acqua anche in quel caso bagna lo scendi doccia prima ancora che ci si poggino i piedi bagnati. Le stanze sono buie e a mio avviso un pò umide anche se l'umidità è ben mistificata da un materiale isolante e da odori che la gentilissima gestrice mette un pò in tutto l'ambiente. Tuttavia è anche doveroso menzionare tutti gli aspetti positivi della struttura come un check in veloce e funzionale, la struttura è silenziosa e situata in una strada elegante e centralissima nel quartiere prati, le stanze sono pulite ed i signori delle pulizie gentili e disponibili, il wifi funziona perfettamente e la colazione gratuita al bar è soddisfacente (ottima pasticceria). Non per ultima va evidenziata la dolcezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità della nuova gestrice Giorgia che ben sopperisce alle mancanze della struttura.

Amamos o lugar! Bem localizado, perto do Vaticano, perto do metrô, e dos principais pontos turísticos. O quarto e banheiro são reformados em relação ao prédio proporcionando o conforto e comodidade dos dias de hoje. Tudo limpo, novo e moderno. Fomos muito bem recepcionados. Indico para todos! Ficamos muito satisfeitos!
