I had selected the pay at check-in option. However, Vibes charged my card a week prior to check-in. I attempted to cancel, as I did not like that Vibes did not stick to the agreement. Vibes refused. I attempted to upgrade my room, as last minute, more people decided to come. they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee for upgrading, if I went with suite. If I took a room with two double beds, the fee was only $30. Then a check-in they tried charging me the full cancellation fee, plus an upgrade fee, and then the price of the new room. I ended up paying $300 for a room that was being advertised for $100 on this app. The sheets were dirty. They did not have wash clothes. They propped doors open down hallways, so no security. When the room above us used the bathroom, it sounded like water was running in our room. All were heard were doors slamming all night. There is no carpet to muffle sounds in the rooms or hallways. Quite frankly, this was the worse experience I have had with a booking through Hotels.com. I did reach out to customer service for assistance when my card was charged early, there was nothing they could do. They should really end their contract with this establishment. It was horrible .
