2 stars, significant room for improvement
I would not stay here again. The property has considerable potential; however, it requires meaningful renewal if it hopes to be regarded as more than a 2 star experience. Most concerning were the interactions with the front desk, which conveyed a lack of trust toward guests. The supervisor (female) communicated in a notably cold manner that appeared to anticipate problems rather than facilitate solutions.
By contrast, the bar staff and security team were consistently friendly and professional. They were attentive and, at times, seemed apologetic regarding guest concerns, which was appreciated.
The pool area did not align with the promotional images. On a positive note, the air conditioning functioned well.
Prospective guests may wish to confirm amenities and inclusions in writing prior to arrival, as I spent approximately 95 minutes with Hotels.com while they advocated for what had been promised.
Given the number of alternative accommodations available, I will be exploring other options upon my return next month.
