Air Conditioner was effective and quite and TV was very large which was great. Super affordable and convenient location 5 minute drive to either hospital. Sporting facilities and aquatic centre is a 2 minute walk. Also Rosland park is an 5-10 minute easy walk

The staff at the hotel were polite. The room had everything that I needed. But the room was cramped. I slept on the side of the bed next to the sofa. It had an extra cover, as the cushions underneath were stained. This cover was left unfixed, so the strings were left hanging by the sofa. When I was getting out of bed, because this sofa cover was not fixed, I sometimes trips over the dangling ends. Especially as there was only a small amount of room between the bed and the sofa. About 8 inches.
