Staffs are nice and helpful. Free breadfast is good and flexible as you can pick a cake with drink if you cannot catch the breakfast time. The hotel a little bit old fashion and size of room is small.

Hotel was conveniently located and very clean. Only problem is that air conditioning seems to be central through the whole floor/building. We were not able to adjust the temperature in our room.

Loved our short stay at this hotel! It is very close to Ueno station which is convenient if your are taking the train directly from Narita airport. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around the area. I would definitely book here again in the future.

Great location and hotel. Amazing stays and breakfast included. Room is small but it has everything. For a solo traveller, it’s perfect! Also Loved the Panasonic blow dryer! Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Great place to stay in Tokyo, walkable distance from JR and metro lines. If youre coming from narita airport theres the Narita Skyliner that stop and Ueno station which is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Breakfast was nice, theres a set menu to choose from for the free breakfast. Some people might find it a bit light but i do recommend the pancakes and toast. The room is small in comparison to other hotels around the world but this was pretty standard for tokyo. They also offer extra amenities by the reception if theres anything extra you might want. They also offer Ta-Q-Bin which is the delivery service for your luggage if you want to send it to another hotel in tokyo (for it to arrive same day) or to other cities. Pretty straight forward process and theyll sort out all the paperwork for you.

上野周辺で予定がある時の定宿。御徒町の駅から近いし、朝から夜まで食事に困らない。スマートで必要なものをシンプルに。つまり、過剰なサービスなく、気持ち良く過ごせる。

First stay in Japan! Very small room but worked with it. Decent bed. Clean. Good AC. Quiet. It is around the corner from so many shopping and dining options. Loved the feel of Ueno. Walkable to everything! Highly recommend if you need a place to stay thats walking distance to many places and has a very active nightlife.

위치는 우에노역하고 많이 멀지않아 비교적 좋았어요 ~ 시장도 가까워 볼거리도 있고, 우에노동물원과 공원도 가깝고, 가볼만한 쇼핑몰도 몇군데있고, 맛집도 있어서 여러모로 괜찮은동네였어요. 신경쓰였던 청결문제.. 청소는 매일 깨끗히 해주었는데, 도착한날 바퀴벌레가 등장해서 방을 한번 교체했네요. 그거빼곤 다 만족했어요. 편의점도 나가면 바로있고. 백화점슈퍼마켓도 자주 애용했고. 무료아침 조식빵은 종류별로 맛이 다괜찮았어요. 계란국과 커피와주스도 주고. 에그마요빵이 맬 품절이니 좀 빨리내려가서 드셔
