The property was nice, and easily walkable to many things. The service was poor. Despite repeated attempts to message the property via the app over several weeks, they did not reply to any messages. Given this was a non refundable booking, this was quite stressful. I eventually had to call to confirm my late checkin and state my arrival time. After doing so, I finally received a message days prior to checkin … asking me to share my arrival time. I was unimpressed. Had i spent $15 in long distance charges only to not have the details recorded?? Upon checkin, I was given directions to the room and the roomkey. Easy. There were no details in the room about amenities, particularly the wifi and room safe. I could not get the wifi until the next day, as the checkin desk was closed. And when I did i was told that the safe (which is listed in room amenities and which i personally find a key attribute) was not available. They do not have a key to it. The shower is only partially working, with water spraying all over the wall outside the enclosure. The AC cannot be adjusted.
The location is great. Nice view. The property manager is extremely poor at communication on many levels.
Very annoyed.
