Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel — the rooms were clean, the staff were polite, and we didn’t experience any major issues during our visit. However, our experience at the SPA on our last day was very disappointing.
My husband booked a 1.5-hour massage, and I had a hammam treatment followed by a 1-hour massage. Unfortunately, the services we received were far below expectations. His massage lasted only about 50 minutes, and when he questioned it, the staff rudely responded, “Is that what a 1.5-hour massage means?”
In my case, the hammam was nothing more than a quick scrub, and then I was left alone in the room for nearly half an hour. After that, I was given a short, poor-quality massage that barely lasted 20 minutes.
We deeply regret using the SPA — it felt completely unprofessional and unreliable. If they don’t actually provide a full 1.5-hour service, they shouldn’t be charging for it. On top of that, the staff kept asking for tips throughout, which made the experience even worse.
