We flew in from Canada on a 16-hour flight, and upon arrival at the property, we found the front gate locked. There were no instructions or check-in details provided beforehand, and no email explaining how to access the property. We had to locate a phone number ourselves, and after about 10 minutes, someone finally returned our call. They mentioned that an email had been sent, but after checking and rechecking, we confirmed that no such email was ever received. The check-in information was eventually sent to us—24 hours after we had already checked in.
After a long journey, we simply wanted to shower, but we discovered that there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided. When we called to inquire, we were told that these items were not included. While we didn’t want to argue, it was inconvenient to have to go out and find toiletries after such a long flight. Later, we checked Expedia and noticed the listing stated “free toiletries.” We recommend removing this wording so that future guests can be better prepared and bring their own essentials.
Lastly, the room we received looked quite different from the photos shown at the time of booking.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the convenient location.
